Cat’s Cradle are a registered charity focusing on workers’ education and cultural organising. We offer training in a number of areas and have worked extensively in the cultural and education sector.

We investigate radical pedagogies and new ways of finding power in ourselves and each other. We are based in Scotland but work with people everywhere.

Dunfermline Delivery Drivers’ Union

Investigations in Organising and Pedagogy

In September 2022 we ran a conference where workers’ educators and organisers came together to think about how to struggle for workers’ control while learning all the time.

In conversation with each other, courier organisers, tenants’ union organisers, woodworking teachers, trade union educators, abolitionists and art teachers worked out ways forward.

Each one teach one.

We work with the School of Many Questions and the STAC Tenants’ Union in Chicago to disseminate organising and education techniques and evaluate and modify them together.

Shopping Centre Clubbism Project

We help workers in shopping centres form strong communities and create their own informal and formal cultures - from ways of working to newsletters and pamphlets.
